How we work
Come on in
Nexus is a wholesale company, meaning that we work directly with fabricators, but not with the general public. Here at Nexus we don't require any appointments, as long as customers come in between 8:00 am to 5:00 pm they'll be good!
View and Pick out a Slab
Customers are welcome to explore the warehouse with the assistance of a Nexus employee who is available to provide information, carry samples, and moving any slabs required by customers.
Putting a hold on
Should a customer find a slab particularly appealing, they have the option to reserve a specific quantity of that particular slab. This reservation guarantees that the slab(s) will be held for them for a period of up to 5 business days.
Prior to releasing the hold on the slab, we will contact and verify that the slab is no longer required.
Sending the price
Once the customer departs from our store, we will promptly provide the pricing for the slabs that they personally selected alongside one of our reliable sales representatives.
Delivering slabs
Once the customer gives the green light and aligns with their fabricator to proceed with the order, our team will swiftly coordinate the logistics to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of the slabs directly to the fabricator's location. We understand the importance of maintaining clear communication and meeting deadlines, so our dedicated approach ensures a seamless transition from approval to delivery, providing a hassle-free experience for our customers.
